1. Quotes, availability estimates, and confirmation

Any route, date/time, vehicle tier, and availability estimates provided to you may depend on operational conditions. Quotes and estimates are not a confirmed booking until our team confirms the booking. Final details may change based on confirmation of the vehicle category and route logistics.

For intercity chauffeur services where your personal data (such as passenger names, contacts, and pickup/dropoff details) is collected and processed, processing is performed in accordance with Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI "On the protection of personal data".

2. Booking and pre-contract information

If you request or order services at a distance/online, you will be provided legally required pre-contract information and mechanisms for handling consumer complaints in accordance with Law of Ukraine on June 10, 2023 № 3153-IX "On consumer protection".

Electronic commerce on our website is conducted in accordance with Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On electronic commerce". Mandatory provider/contract information is made available in the state language (Ukrainian); it may also be duplicated in English.

3. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel a booking request or confirmed booking, the ability and timing of any refund (if applicable) depend on operational availability and the point at which the booking was confirmed. To request a change or cancellation, contact us using the details in the footer.

We may refuse or limit refunds where the cancellation is made after the service has been confirmed and the vehicle has been allocated, or where you violate these Terms or provide inaccurate information that prevents the service from being fulfilled.

4. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct documented losses resulting from our proven breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee arrival times, schedules, or uninterrupted service where delays arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including weather, road conditions, traffic restrictions, force majeure, or actions of third parties).

5. Acceptable use

• You agree to provide accurate pickup/dropoff details and contact information so we can coordinate the service.
• You must not use the service to request illegal activities or to transmit unlawful content.
• You agree not to interfere with the website or booking process.
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws during the ride and for any items you bring.

6. Data protection and language

For personal data processing related to the service, we comply with Law of Ukraine dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI "On the protection of personal data".

Information required to be provided in the state language is provided in Ukrainian in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian as the State Language". Where permitted, additional language versions may be provided.
